I have tomtom 1605tm. Screen is not responding correctly. For example, if I press the letter F, the letter to left, D, is displayed. If I press the < Back Arrow, all I get is - Dash. I have tried turning off, waiting over 5 seconds, then turning back on, but problem persists. So frustrating! Any suggestions?

I have VIA 1605 with both in car and in house charger cords. BOTH cords are loose when plugged into unit and will discontinue charging unless the plug is help in place by hand. Can charge connection in unit be damaged somehow ? It is unlikely that BOTH cords are faulty at the same time. Suggestions please? Thanks. logannaftel@gmail.com
