Flashing Indicator Light
The projectors lamp light to the TMY V08 keeps flashing.
Bulb is reaching the end of its life
A bulb's lifespan is about 60,000 hours. If lamp indicator light is flashing red, that means the light will burn out soon and it needs to be replaced. If the temperature indicator light flashes red this means the projector is overheating and needs to be cleaned.
Blank Projection While Trying to Connect to New Devices
Projection is dark color, despite connecting a device
Faulty connection within the TMY V08
Resetting the projector more often than not will help this issue. Turning off and on again, or unplugging it and turning it back on can sometimes reset the light projection or reestablish connection.
Faulty cord/connection
The V08 uses cords that can connect to your phone or laptop. It is also possible that the cord being used to connect the devices to the projector is faulty or is malfunctioning. Replace the cord with a new one and test for projection. If the cord is working, it is also possible that the connection to the device itself is faulty. Clean the connection port of the device and try again.
Bulb is Out
The bulb used is recommended for 60,000 hours at 7500 LED lumens. The more use of the projector, makes the bulb less bright, resulting in dimmer image. Replace the bulb if needed.
Remote won't navigate through the setting of the TMY V08.
The TMY V08 does not respond to the remote
Sensor doesn't connect to remote
The sensor on the projector is how the remote connects to the TMY V08. Be sure to have all obstructions clear of the sensor. Another thing you can try is pointing the remote in a different way, for the sensor to get the signal from the remote.
Dead Battery
The batteries could be dead. Replace batteries if so.
Blurry image
The TMY V08 projects a blurry image, or the image is hard to see.
Poor surface on projection area/screen
The surface that you place the TMY V08 can be essential to why there's a blurry image. The surface you place the projector would have to be somewhere with a smooth surface. Textural surfaces are just not suitable for the TMY V08, when placed on a texture area it may cause for the Image to be blurry.
Dirty lens
The lens may have touched when somebody was setting up the projector. Clean lens with a microfiber cloth to remove dust, dirty fingerprints or smudges. If the problem is still visible then the lens might be damage, If the lens is damaged you will have to replace it.
TMY V08 Won't turn on
The TMY V08 does not turn on despite being plunged in
Faulty Power
If the power cord isn't connected correctly there won't be no power. Check whether the power cord is connected correctly to the projector and to the wall outlet. Check the power outlet to see if it's working
Faulty Fan
If the fan isn't working, the projector is going to have dust build up inside the projector. It will cause the projector to heat up a lot easier. The fan will become more noticeably loud and that will cause a problem with airflow.

I had the same issue, I opened mine up, disconnected and reconnected the keypad on the top panel. Now I the source button will allow me to choose HDMI. It may have been a loose wire.

Light source inside may be overheating. Make sure the vents are not clogged with dust, or you have have to point a bigger fan at it.

The adjust brightness option is disabled, I cannot increase the projector's brightness. It is basically useless during the day.

My projector won’t power on. I checked the chord by connecting it to another device & it works fine. The outlet is also fully functional. Any suggestions?

You need to go into settings then look for picture mode, change the mode to standard and it should work
