Background Does Not Contrast Enough With User
The background setting's contrast should be a consistent color tone and needs to differ sharply from the user, for proper movement tracking. Ensure the background setting in the camera's field of view maintains a sharp contrast to the user's clothing color tone and skin's color tone.
Camera's Motherboard Is Faulty
If camera produces video for video chat, but does not track movement, or lags, after checking on the background contrast, then the camera's motherboard is malfunctioning. Replace using this guide.

Okay so my camera I've had it about a year and it looks exactly how I bought it no wires are sticking out either so my camera works perfectly and so does my mic but today my mic it just stopped working like it worked earlier but now it just doesn't but it doesnt show any sigh that it's broken… and my cameras perfectly fine ….got any idea of what's wrong with it?

My son’s playstation fell off the entertainment system while the camera was plugged in. Now the camera port on the back of the playstation no longer recognizes the camera. Is there an adaptor or something that can be purchased as a work around for this? His is a PS4.

You cant use an adapter to plug the camera into the USB ports, because the camera port is USB 3.0, while the other USB ports are 2.0 or below, which means none of the USB ports transmit data fast enough to support the camera.

Can someone help me please, i just bought the camera and even though it's connected and i can even see the small red light turned on it shows on my show an error message “camera is not connected”

I just got the ps5 camera, it's all plugged in but it's still showing as it's not connected. I've changed the output, restarted, turn off and back on and nothing is working. I've put it to sleep then restarted and nothing works at all. All the settings are correct for it to work. Any suggestions???
