If the sound is fuzzy, there may be dust, sand, or dirt in the aux port of your audio player. These contents can be removed by blowing air into the port or gently wiping it with a dry cotton swab.

i had the same problem and from what I’ve experienced, the headphones have 2 types of headphone, idk how to explain it, but you can change it from headset to headphone. personally I’m using windows 10, so i went to the sound control panel, enabled headphones under hesh 2 wireless(that just mine it might be different) and disabled headset under playback AND recording, you wont hear anything if its not both, then restart whatever application you’re using and it should be fine

I literally have this exact same problem you have to move the cord around for it to stop or rotate it in the plug. I’ve noticed Siri only occurs if the temperature is to hot or cold. I’m using scullcandy uproar overear headphones.

I figured it out, my phone was paired to multiple Bluetooth sound devices at the same time. All I had to do was disconnect from the speakers.

I have Hesh Anc headphones. The noise cancellation is much stronger in my left ear than in my right. I can also hear a strange sound in only my left ear whenever noise cancellation is on. It sounds similar to rubber moving/being rubbed if that helps. Maybe like a low base sound? Not like the loud ringing noise others say they have. The "Noise cancelling: On" sound is also much louder in my left ear than in my right. Everything else with the headphones is fine. Pls help?
