Shark Wandvac Power Pet WV410 Won’t Turn On

If you press the power button on the side of your Shark Wandvac Power Pet WV410 vacuum and it doesn't turn on as expected, follow this troubleshooting guide for assistance.

First, ensure the charging cable is properly plugged into a functioning outlet. You cannot charge the vacuum if it does not have power going into it.

Another common issue is debris buildup in or around the charging port. This can be fixed by gently cleaning the charger with a cotton swab. It is important to make sure not to bend any of the pins.

If the battery life decreases significantly or fails to charge, it may be time for a new battery.
