Phone Won't Turn On
You tried everything you could, but your phone will not come to life.
Phone Non-Responsive
Before taking your phone apart, flip open the phone then press and hold the END button until the screen comes on. You may just need to turn on your phone.
Drained/ Bad Battery
You may need to charge the phone battery. Use the provided charger and plug it into the port at the bottom of the phone. Then plug the charger into a wall socket. If the phone does not charge when you plug it in, reset the phone by pulling out the battery and putting it back in. If you reset the phone and it still does not charge, there is a problem with the battery itself.
Also, water damage may prevent the phone from turning on. If you have spilled liquid on the phone or if the phone has been exposed to excessive moisture, you may need to replace it.

Bad Screen Display
If you see some indication that your phone is turning on, i.e. buttons light up, but the screen is not showing anything, then there might be something wrong with the screen and you might need to replace it.
Bad Motherboard
If your phone is still not turning on and your screen is not the problem, then there may be something wrong with the motherboard and it must be replaced.
Phone Can't Make or Receive Calls
When making a call, it says that you have no signal.
Phone Non-Responsive
Press and hold the power button (END button) to turn off the phone. Wait and press the power button again to turn on the phone. If the problem persists, read on.
Poor Reception Area
Make sure your cell phone provider has coverage over your area. Sometimes, when you live in mountainous areas or are surrounded by tall buildings, cell signal could be distorted.
When making a call, pull the antenna out at the top to receive sufficient phone signal. If the antenna does not improve cell signal, it may be bad and will need to be replaced.
Bad Motherboard
If these steps won't work and the antenna is not the problem, you may have a bad motherboard which must be replaced.
Display Will Not Light Up
I turn on the phone and the screen shows something, but it won't light up.
Phone Non-Responsive
Press and hold the power button (END button) to turn off the phone. Turn the phone back on by pressing the power button again. If the problem persists, read on.
LCD Backlight May Not Be Turned On
Go to the phone's settings menu, select backlight in the display menu, and make sure the Main LCD or Sub LCD backlight is set to AlwaysOn. You can also adjust the brightness from the settings menu.
Bad LCD Screen
If the LCD still doesn't turn on after resetting the phone or turning on the backlight in the settings menu, then you have a bad LCD screen and must replace it. The screen may also malfunction if it is cracked, squeezed, or exposed to excess heat. In this case you will need to replace it.
Phone Speaker Makes No Sound
No sound comes out of your phone when someone is calling.
Phone On Silent
If your phone does not produce any sound at all, first check the volume control and make sure the earpiece is not set to "silent." You can access the sound options from the main menu and change the volume to your preference.
Bad Speakers
If you turn up the volume on your phone and it still does not make noise, your audio device is not working and will need to be replaced.

Keyboard Doesn't Respond
When you press some or all of the buttons, the phone does not respond.
Phone Non-Responsive
Press and hold the power button (END button) to turn off the phone. Turn the phone back on by pressing the power button again. If the problem persists, read on.
If the power button doesn't work, try hard resetting the phone. To do this, remove the plastic cover on the back of the phone and take out the battery. Then put the battery back in, replace the plastic lid, and turn the phone on.
Bad Keypad
If nothing else works, then you may have a bad keypad and it must be replaced.

Camera Is Not Working Correctly
The camera is not working the way it should be. Either there is a problem with the camera or it is not working altogether.
Phone Non-Responsive

Bad Camera
If nothing else works, then you may have a bad camera and it must be replaced.
