Phone won't turn on
No matter what you do, you can't get your phone to turn on.
Drained/bad battery
1) Remove the battery.
2) Test the battery with a Volt meter.
3) If voltage is lower than 3.5V, the battery is bad.
Plug the charger to the phone and try to turn it on.
If phone turns on, either the battery is bad and and must be replaced or the connector between the battery and power pin is bad.
Bad Connector for battery
1) Remove the battery.
2) Test the connector using Ampere meter.
3) if Amp is 0.0 the connector is bad and must be resoldered.
Display is bad
It is possible that nothing appears to happen because the display is bad and must be replaced.
Check if there is any light flash when you try to turn on your phone.
Bad Logic board
Even if the logic board is bad when try to turn the phone on, you should still be able to observe some reaction.
Just replaced Logic Board.
Bad Power key
If there is no reaction when the power key is pressed and none of the problems above are detected it is most likely the power key is bad and must be replaced.
Phone is not charging
The charger is connected but the phone does not charge.
Bad Battery
1) Remove the battery.
2) Test the battery with a Volt meter.
3) If voltage is lower than 3.5V the battery is bad and must be replaced.
Bad Charger
Test the charger with a Volt meter. There should be a sticker specifying the output voltage.
This is typically 5 Volts. If the voltage reads 0.0V, the charger is bad.
An alternative is to test with another charger of the same type.
If the phone chargers with a new charger, the old charger was the problem.
Bad Charging Port
Perform an eye inspection of the charging port.
Check if the charging pin is bent or missing.
If so, the charging port is bad and must be resoldered.
Key Pad is not working
Your key pad is not responding
Bad Circuit
Check if none of the keys work or just some.
If none of the keys are working, it is likely a short circuit in key pad circuit replace the logic board should fix it.
Bad Key Pad
If some keys still work, it could be water damage. The dome switch under the keypad is not working.
Bad Connection
If keypad doesn't work horizontally or vertically, it must be a soldering problem. The small parts around the CPU are not connected and need re-soldering.
No Service

Antenna
If there is still connection, but it is very weak, the antenna may not be connected properly.
Bad Oscillator
If you recently dropped the phone, it is likely the oscillator is broken.
Bad Logic Board
If none of above is the case, it is most likely a bad logic board and must be replaced.
No Sim
Display shows No SIM after turned on
Bad SIM Card
Try to test your SIM card on a different working phone. If No SIM is displayed on the other working phone, you have a bad SIM card and need to request a new SIM card from your service provider.
SIM pin is broken
Perform an eye inspection of the SIM pin. If any of the pins are missing or bent, you need to replace the SIM pin.
Bad Connection
If none of the above seem to be the problem, the SIM tray is likely not well connected to the main CPU and must be resoldered.
No Sound
If your phone is not making any sound.
Bad Ear Speaker
Try to connect an external speaker to the phone.
If the external speaker works, it is likely a bad ear speaker and must be replaced.
Bad Logic Board
If the external speaker does not work, it is likely a bad logic board and replace the logic board should fix it.
Others Cannot Hear You
If other people cannot hear you on the phone.
Bad Internal Mic
Try to connect an external mic to the phone.
If the external mic works, it is likely a bad internal mic.
