Keys on keyboard stick
After long usage of the Samsung Chromebook 2 XE503C12, the keyboard buttons start to malfunction and stick to the bottom of the keyboard not allowing the buttons to come back up.
Debris under keys
The keyboard buttons can start to lag and quit working when food or debris builds up underneath the keyboard. If the keyboard is dirty, you will need to clean it. You can clean it by shutting down your device->shaking out the keyboard by turning the device upside down and shaking it gently->use compressed air to clean any dust.
Dirty Keys
Dirt and other materials can transfer from your hands to the keys causing the keys to stick to bottom of keyboard and not come back up. Washing hands before every use can help to prevent this. To clean keys pop off each key (carefully) and, using a Q-tip, individually scrub each key.
Worn Keys
Through constant use, keys can become worn, causing them to stick or not work at all. If the keys are worn, you will need to replace them.
