My tablet will not turn on when I push the power button.

Your tablet's battery may have no charge left. Try charging the device, making sure everything is plugged in correctly. Power on your tablet after an hour has passed.

Once on, the tablet should confirm that the battery is charging on the battery icon in the bottom right corner of the screen by the appearance of a lightning bolt next to or inside the battery icon.

The camera on my tablet is not working properly, or it won't take pictures.

I want to watch a video or listen to some music but my sound isn't playing.

If you are using media or an app that would normally include sound, but nothing is playing, then your volume setting might be turned down or completely off. There are a couple ways to adjust the volume of your device. The first is adjusting the volume using the volume control button on the left side of the tablet. Another way to adjust the volume is to use the volume control program on the screen, either the volume icon in Settings or the volume icon in the Taskbar.

If setting the volume on your device still does not yield sound, the problem may be in the speakers. Listen to the sound, if any, coming out of your device to determine if the problem is in the right or left speaker. My screen is blank or black.

If adjusting the brightness does not improve the display, your screen may have a bad LCD display connection. As bad display will affect usability of the device, you would want to fix the LCD display connection by replacing the component.

A blank/black screen might also point to a faulty LCD display. You may want to fix the display problem by replacing the component.
