Radio Isn't Working
In the case that the radio isn't working on your device, it may not be an indication that the overall sound of your device isn't working. In the case that this is your issue, reference the troubleshooting page: Philips Somneo Radio Not Working
Faulty Power Connection
Check whether your device adapter is plugged in correctly to an outlet that produces power. If this doesn't work, then check whether the plug is properly inserted into the back of the device.
Volume is Too Low
Your device's volume could potentially be too low. To check this, go to the radio icon within the settings. Within this setting, click on the speaker icon and turn up the volume if it is too low.
Device is Frozen
In some cases your device may need to be reset. To do this, grab a small bobby pin or something of similar size. Next insert this item into the small hole on the back of your device that is located to the left of the plug hole. Do this for 4 seconds, and your device should reset.
Faulty Speaker.
