When I power on my player, it makes the transformer "whirr" noise, then motor spin, then it runs. I don't think the "click" sound is normal.

HEY! This is a message to people who have this player. Netflix has decided to discontinue it's support for the player on 10/16/2023. Netflix will no longer stream on the player, even though it may still access the servers and retrieve the data. Some people may have been pre-warned about this already, and may have been prepared for this. I don't know why Netflix decided to do this, possibly due to support for different things not available, but it used to work well up untill now. It is best that you sign out of Netflix, and use something else to stream Netflix on, like a Roku tv.
