Filter is Clogging
The filter is not filtering all of the dust and debris that the vacuum is sucking in.
Filter is Cracked
If the filter is cracked, you will need to Replace the filter.
Filter is Clogged/Dirty
If the filter is clogged or dirty in general, it will need some maintenance. The filter can get clogged by hair, excessive dust, and other debris and this could be enough reason to need a replacement. However, you can clean the filter with water or isopropyl alcohol and included brush tool to remove the debris. If the vacuum/filter is still clogging after maintenance and cleaning, you will need to Replace the filter.
Vacuum Life < 3 Months
Product lasts for short periods of time and then turns off.
Original Charger Isn't in Use
You may be using an off-brand or different household charger to charge the vacuum. This can cause issues with battery life and overall battery health. If you have lost the original charger you may need to buy a replacement. Once you have the original charger, please charge the vacuum with that original charger. If you already have the original charger and are still seeing the same issue, you may need to buy a new charger.
Battery Overcharging
Sometimes when charging from a direct power source, like an outlet, can cause overcharging. This can fry the charger and battery. Instead of plugging in the charger directly to the power source use a power strip to divert some of that direct power to prevent any overcharging or frying of battery.
Faulty Battery
Battery Isn't Holding Charge
The product doesn't turn on; the battery isn't charging.

Battery is Dirty
The battery can get dirty and dusty overtime and can cause faults that prevent it from actually charging. If this happens you can clean the battery carefully. Often you can use a semi-sharp object to clean out dust from battery crevices and holes. The best way to prevent this issue is to keep battery enclosed in safe spaces like drawers or in a case and try to charge in safe environments away from dusty and dirty areas like the floor.
Faulty Battery
If all solutions are not working, you most likely have a faulty battery and will need to replace the battery.
Power & Electrical Failures
The vacuum battery is working properly but you are still having issues with the power and electricals components.
The Motherboard is Faulty
The motherboard sometimes can be faulty from unusual harsh drops to the ground or just freak accidents. If this is the case, you will need to get into the [crwdns2936915:0crwdne2936915:0] of the vacuum and check if the motherboard is leaking, displaced, cracked, if any wiring looks detached.
Clogs Easily
The vacuum sounds off, like there is something stuck.
Dirty Filter/Brushes
Overtime the vacuum components can get dusty and clogged. This will contribute to the overall clogging issue that the vacuum can have. In the booklet that comes with the vacuum it suggests cleaning components after each use to avoid build up.
Object is Stuck in the Filter/Brushes
When vacuuming if you notice the suction is not very good and that you can't pick up some debris you may have a foreign object stuck in your filter. We suggest not picking up something that is too large for the vacuum. This will cause it to clog more often. To help avoid this problem include these parts in your cleaning and maintenance after each use.
The Vacuum Isn't Picking Everything Up
The vacuum isn't picking up everything that it should or that it used to.
Floor Brush Isn't Spinning
If you notice that the vacuum is not picking up debris, you may have issues with the floor brush not spinning. If this happens you will need to clean the floor brush and remove any foreign objects. You can also clean the dust cup with hot water and soap to help with this issue.
Suction Isn't Working
Make sure to set the vacuum to the right setting for the type of surface you are trying to vacuum. It may require a different level of suction for different types of floors. If the problem persists, see other troubleshooting ideas such as; Clogs Easily, Dust Seal Isn't Holding Debris, and Filter is Clogging.
High-Pitched Noise
The vacuum is making a high-pitched loud noise.
Filter Isn't in Completely/Correctly
Make sure the HEPA Filter and Micro Screen Filter are in the device correctly.
Filter is Dirty
Sometimes the filter can get dirty during and after uses. If this issue comes up, you will need to clean the filter and make sure it is dry before putting it back in.
Motor is Loose in the Floor Brush
