The R/C truck seems to move slower than normal.
Batteries are not properly seated
Your batteries might not be inserted properly. Check if the batteries have been placed in the R/C truck properly in accordance with the battery replacement guide.
Batteries are almost dead
The batteries have been drained which requires you to replace the batteries with newer batteries. Follow battery replacement guide.
R/C remote range is weak
The R/C truck is unresponsive at short distances from the user
Remote batteries are low
The batteries in the remote are low on charge. Try replacing the batteries.
Antennas are damaged
The antenna on either the remote or truck is damaged. Try the remote circuit board replacement first as it is easier. Then try the truck circuit board replacement if that does not work.
R/C truck does not move
R/C truck does not respond to any inputs from the controller or moves at all.
Frequency of the R/C truck and remote are not the same
Check and make sure the R/C truck and remote are set to the same channel. The frequency switch to the remote is located on the right side. The frequency switch to the R/C truck is located underneath the R/C truck.

Replacing the remote circuit board and R/C truck antenna did not fix the problem of the R/C truck not moving correctly. You may have water damage. Try replacing the R/C truck circuit board. Follow the R/C truck circuit board replacement guide.
R/C truck moves with inputs from the controller but not in right direction
The R/C truck moves at 100 percent speed but does not respond correctly to the remote control inputs from the controller.

Your batteries might not be inserted properly. Check if the batteries have been placed in the R/C truck properly in accordance with the battery replacement guide.

The R/C truck moves but does not turn when commanded. Check for obstructions in the front tires. If the tires are obstructed try cleaning away the debris. If this does not work, try replacing the tires by following the tire replacement guide.
Front tires are unobstructed but the front tires do not move
The front motor may be broken. Try replacing the front axle. Follow the front axle replacement guide.
Front tires move but not the rear tires
Check for obstructions in the rear tires. If the tires are obstructed try cleaning away the debris. If this does not work, try replacing the tires by following the tire replacement guide.
Rear tires are unobstructed but the rear wheels do not move
The rear motor may be broken. Try replacing the rear axle. Follow the rear axle replacement guide.
Water damage
Replacing the front and rear axle did not fix the problem of the R/C truck not moving. You may have water damage. Try replacing the R/C truck circuit board. Follow the R/C truck circuit board replacement guide.
R/C truck does not move in a straight line
Both the front and rear tires are unobstructed. Both the front and rear axles are working. But still the R/C truck does not move in a straight line.
R/C truck moves at full speed but does not move in a straight line
The R/C truck may be out of alignment. Try adjusting the front alignment switch. The switch is located under the R/C truck, between the two front tires.

Ok so try pushing it forward with throttle wide open forward like bumpstarting a car and see if it takes off and moves

Oh yes turn on your remote first. When u turn on truck does the steering do a jittery thing ??

My wesipi won’t do anything but flash the headlights and the controller light blinks also. The Truck worked the first time and that’s it. I’ve recharged the battery pack and replaced controller batteries and still the same thing. Troubleshooting guide seems like a joke. Any ideas?

My sons RC car also have the same issue. Reverse is not working. Other movements are fine. Were you able to sort it out?

My pro series rock climber not working I bought it from a liquidation place brand new in the box everything still taped n wrapped tied so I get home charge the battery for 2 hrs take it for test drive it dies after like 10 seconds then turn off/on same thing bought a new battery from hobbie shop charged it same thing happens everything works just only goes about 10 feet n stops any clue on fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated thanks
