No matter what you do, you can not turn your tablet on.

Make sure your charger is plugged in, if it still will not power on, your charger is broken. Consider purchasing a new charger

If your tablet powers off when the charger is removed your battery needs replacement. Replace the battery using this guide.

No matter what you do, you can not get your camera to work.

Check to make sure the camera is not being blocked by the case or other objects. Clean the lens of the camera to remove any dirt or smudges.

Open the camera app, if the picture does not appear, try using another app to start the camera. If the camera still doesn’t show a picture, your camera needs replacement. Replace the camera using this guide.

No matter what you do, you can not get the audio to work.

Put your ear close to the speaker openings and see if both speakers have sound coming out of them. If only one is producing sound then replace the broken one using this guide.

Check to make sure that the volume is not turned all the way down.

Check to see that the “in app” volume is not set to the lowest setting. Some apps have their own specific volume controls.

Try using earphones if the sound works through the earphones but not when you unplug them then the speakers are bad. Replace the speakers using this guide.

Check to make sure the device and/or in-app volume are not turned too high.

Also make the actual device speaker is not contaminated. Stray objects can become lodged in the speaker and cause a buzz like sound distortion.

No matter what you do, your screen will not work.

If the screen is black and you know that the device is turned on, make sure it is not in sleep mode. If the screen is still black, it needs replaced using this guide.

If there is a crack in the screen then it needs to be replaced using this guide.

Whatever you do, you just can not get the tablet to work.

If after replacing the battery the tablet still will not power on, there is probably something wrong with the motherboard. Replace it using this guide.

If the screen is frozen and restarting the device does not fix the problem, the motherboard may be defective. To fix this you may need to replace the motherboard using this guide.

The wireless receiver may be defective if you cannot connect to find/connect to any internet signals. To fix this you need to replace the motherboard using this guide.
