Computer Won't Turn On
HP15 will not respond or show any sign of powering up

Dust or lint in USB port
The HP15 will not detect any devices plugged into the USB port if there is dust or lint blocking the connection. To remedy this, blow out the USB ports with compressed air until the blockage is gone.

It boots slow but fine, it just completely locks up shortly after booting. Regardless of what I am doing, it gives me about 20 minutes then locks up, started doing this about 2 weeks ago. I have probably turned it on at least 8 times or a little more in 2 weeks time.
