Wheels Don't Move
When using EBO SE ENABOT it won’t move or struggle to move.
Wheels are dirty
The EBO SE is a home companion robot, and it is inevitable that human or pet hair will get stuck on the wheels of the ENABOT as it moves around the house. There is a tool provided in the EBO se package specifically to remove the wheels. Once the wheel cart is removed it can be cleaned.
A cleaning tutorial can be found here.
Tire treads are faulty
The treads on wheels might be damaged or dirty. Use the tool provided in the EBO SE package specifically to remove the wheels. Once the wheel cart is removed, replace the tread. Check replacement Guide to replace wheels.
Cruising automatically without setting
The device is cruising automatically without prior setting.
Charging dock not plugged in
Please make sure that the EBO charging dock is plugged in and EBO is being standby on the charging dock. EBO is not supposed to leave the charging dock if you didn't set the auto-cruising. Additionally, please make sure EBO wasn’t pulled out by your pet.
Firmware/Hardware Issues
Please update to the latest version via the app (ENABOT SE page). If the issue is not resolved via an update the issue could be a faulty motherboard, use this guide to replace it.
Metal pin covered in dust
Very occasionally, if the metal pin was covered by dust, EBO may come out & look for help. If there is a certain time that you cannot be disturbed by EBO, you may visit "settings" and set the "Do Not Disturb" time to schedule the "sleep" time. Or you may let EBO enter "sleep" mode with just one click on the lower right corner on the main page of the App.
Not receiving notifications
Not receiving notifications despite being activated.
Notifications are off
The Enabot device has an app where you can check the settings for the device but most importantly is to get the app before you can proceed with this step. After the app is downloaded make sure to enable all the notifications because most notifications are disabled on their own and set up all the notifications that are required.
Internet connectivity issues
This app relies on a good internet connection because you must have Wi-Fi to monitor the specific task that you want the Enabot to do. If the device is not connected to the internet or has poor network coverage that can sometimes lead to not receiving notifications.
Not Charging
The device won’t turn on and when plugged in won’t charge.
The battery is dead
A common cause for the product not turning on could be either debris in the charging port or a faulty charging cable. Clean out the charging port and purchase higher-quality charger. See replacement guide to replace battery.
Cable is faulty
A common cause for this is that the charging port could be filled with debris; clean the charging port and try charging again. Sometimes dirt or debris can end up in our charging port and prevent the device from charging. Clean out the charging port the best you can and if the problem reoccurs then you should either be concerned about your power supply or your charger. Either try charging the device somewhere else or buy a higher quality charger.
Bad video or Audio quality
When using the Enabot SE the picture on the app is not clear.
Connection Issues
Check your internet provider to see the quality of Wi-Fi you have because it could be affecting the video quality. Your Wi-Fi provider could be affecting the quality of the video quality. Poor Wi-Fi connections can and will lead to slower download speeds which leads to poor video quality. We recommend having high-speed internet or a stable internet connection.
Faulty or Damaged Camera
Replace the camera or try cleaning the camera for better video quality. By replacing the camera, you either upgrade the camera quality or replace the faulty one that was placed in the ENABOT SE. By doing this you're guaranteed better video quality for your device. You can replace the camera using this guide.
Faulty or Damaged Speaker
Replace the speaker or try cleaning out the speaker for better audio quality. By replacing the speaker, you will maintain audio clarity and high definition quality for the Enabot SE. You can replace the speaker using this guide.

I can't even connect the app to my wi-fi. My there's nothing wrong with my network connection but that's the error message I get from my Ebo air. It's an expensive paperweight right now. It's complete garbage and I'm choked.
