Tablet won't turn on
No matter what what you do, your Azpen A909 won't turn on.
Dead battery
If the battery is completely depleted, charging it through a USB connected to a computer will not work. Only plugging the device into a wall socket will charge the battery.
Frozen screen
The screen could simply be frozen in its off state. Holding the power button for 20 seconds will reset the device.
Broken charger/port
If the tablet has a dead battery and fails to respond to being plugged in to a wall socket, then there may be a problem with the charger, cable or port. In this case, try another charger and cord.
Browser stopped working
The web browser is not responsive, or it simply does not open.
Misconfigured browser
The browser software may be configured improperly. Emptying the browser's cache and clearing its data may resolve the problem. The options to do this can be reached by going to the device settings menu, tapping on "Apps", and then scrolling to "All". Once there, select the browser and clear the data and cache. If this doesn't work, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the browser.
Battery does not work
The battery does not hold a charge for as long as it should, or it does not even work.
Obstructed contacts
Try removing the battery and wiping the contact points with a clean microfiber cloth.
Broken or worn out battery
If cleaning the contact points does not remedy the issue, it may be time to purchase a replacement 3.7V 4000mAh battery. A guide on battery replacement is available here.
Unresponsive touchscreen
The touchscreen does not recognize when you are touching it or when you tap on it.
Frozen touchscreen
On occasion, the screen of the device may stop working. In this case, simply force the device to turn off by holding the power button for 20 seconds. Wait a few moments, and then restart the device.
Factory update does not work
You cannot get your Azpen A909 to update its software.
Low memory
If a scheduled factory update fails to initiate, the device could be low on memory. Some files, apps, pictures or videos will have to be deleted in order to make room.
Misconfigured device
If there is sufficient memory in the tablet and the update still doesn't work, then the device may be improperly configured. In this case, a factory reset may be required.
Note: A factory reset will restore the tablet to its original state. This means that all of your settings, apps and data will be lost. We advise that you move the things you wish to keep onto a Micro SD card.
To perform a factory reset, go to the Settings menu and tap on "Backup & reset." From there, tap on the "Factory Reset" option.
The audio jack doesn't work or is full of static
"The audio jack does not function, or provides intermittent and staticy feedback."
Dirty or obstructed contact points
Try plugging in a different set of speakers or headphones. If the problem goes away, then the issue was with the accessory you were using rather than the tablet. If the problem does not go away, turn off the tablet and push the corner of a microfiber cloth into the jack with a toothpick or a pipe cleaner. Move the cloth around in the hole to clean the contact points. If this doesn't solve the problem, then it may be time to replace the jack. A helpful guide on how to do this is available here.

So my azpen tablet randomly just had some Asian writing on it and it was doing all these stuff and a loud beep, then at the end it said it can't access my storage and to go to my cable and reset it. But won't go back to its regular state it keeps doing that even if I reset it or run the battery out. I really need help
