Have you been trying to turn on your Asus ROG G20CB computer and it does not power on as expected? Follow these steps to get your computer up and running.
The Device Isn't Plugged In
A disconnected or loose power cable can prevent the PC from turning on. Ensure both power adapters are securely connected and not unplugged.Try a different outlet or power strip if there is no response. Check for any loose connections in the power cables.
The Device Needs to be Reset
Sometimes, the system may fail to power on due to a temporary glitch or power drain issue. To reset the device, unplug both power adapters from the PC and wall outlet. Press and hold the power button for 30–60 seconds to discharge any residual power. Reconnect both power adapters and try turning the system on again. If the issue persists, proceed with other troubleshooting steps.
Bad Power Supply
A faulty power adapter can prevent the system from turning on. Inspect the power adapters for damage or overheating. Look for indicator lights on the adapters (if available). Test with a working replacement adapter to rule out failure.
