Charging Cable Not Plugged in or Faulty
A faulty or loose charging cable can stop the device from charging. Ensure the cable is connected to both the device and the power source. If the device still does not charge, try using a different USB-C cable that meets the required 5V/3A specifications for Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Plus. The device port might have dust or debris inside. Clean it carefully to ensure a proper connection. Battery Failure
