The Device is Not Powered On
Ensure the device is turned on by pressing and holding the power button until the light comes on. If the device does not turn on, check the battery level and charge it if needed. If the power button is still unresponsive, the motherboard may require replacement; please see the replacement guide linked here.
Bluetooth connectivity glitch
A Bluetooth issue may prevent the device from pairing with another device. First, turn the Bluetooth off and on on your device (phone). If the problem continues, forget the device in the Bluetooth settings and repair it. If the problem continues, the Bluetooth button may be unresponsive. This might be due to a faulty silicon button panel. Replacing the button panel can restore proper function and resolve the connectivity issue. Please refer to the replacement Guide linked here.
Bluetooth Interference
Bluetooth interference could be due to range interference or other nearby devices. Ensure that the device is within a reasonable range from your phone and that no other devices might be interfering with it or your phone. If the issue persists, try resetting the Bluetooth on both the phone and the device by turning it off and on.
