Symptoms:

1. Both Freezer and Fridge not cooling.
2. The compressor is humming. It starts off a bit loudly when the unit is unplugged and plugged back in but within seconds goes to a slight humming noise.
3. The compressor is warm but not hot
4. The condenser fan is always running.
5. Condenser coils were very very dirty. I have cleaned them now.
6. Condenser coils are at room temperature/cold to touch. Not warming at all
7. I have not checked the evaporator yet. No signs of frosting both in the freezer and fridge.
