Is this LCD broken?
Is this LCD broken? It did this after I plugged it back in. It was working fine right before I disconnected it.

Yep LCD is broken. It comes down to two things most likely it was too much prying / flexing of the display when being separated from the adhesive holding it on the sides.
That’s the tricky part about iPad Mini screen replacements need to use something like a thin flexible plastic card or plastic money to separate the adhesive which avoids putting too much or any flex against the display.
