Hi @jojomil67 ,
Check that the Audio Auto Volume setting is turned Off.
Go to Menu > Audio > Auto Volume.
What is the audio heard through from the TV, the TV speakers or an external audio connection e.g. soundbar etc?
Hi @jojomil67 ,
Try selecting different sound modes and check if that helps.
If you select the “User” mode there are options to adjust an inbuilt equalizer which may help at certain frequencies.
Here’s a link to download the user manual.
Once you have downloaded the manual go to p.75-76 to see how to vary the sound modes and to adjust the inbuilt equalizer.
How is the signal received by the TV? Is it coming from an antenna or from a “box” of some description and if from a box what type of connection is used e.g. HDMI or component?
