Why risk voiding the warranty and trying to repair it yourself?
A blown fuse is indicative of a further problem. It is only doing its’ job, sacrificing itself to protect the rest of the equipment.
Unless the fault is obvious, without a schematic diagram it will be difficult to locate what the problem might be.
Why not just remove the HDD (or SSD ) and send the laptop in for repair that way?
Here’s a link to the service manual, taken from this webpage. Scroll to p.33 or 34 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the HDD/SSD.
You may wish to confirm with HP first that removing the HDD/SSD will not void the warranty, just in case.
