You need to flash the unit utilizing Odin. It's Factory Reset Protection, so the only way to override it is flashing.

You need a windows pc, Odin Software, and the flash file for your unit. I believe the file you're going to be looking for is for SM-935F. You can verify this on that lock screen, if not put it to download mode and it will tell you the unit type.

Entering Odin Mode on Samsung:

Hold Side key, Vol Down, and home button. Screen will jump to Odin/Download mode.
