@ariel91 ,Ariel, You did not state your computer make/model or which windows version,etc.. So find some what generic ways to transfer and view your pictures from camera. Link #1 is for win7, link #2 is for win8, link #3 is for win10. The 4th link is for your camera's manual, software and trouble shooting. Good luck.
