@michael1855,Mike, If it seems to only shutting down when playing games, it is probably a heat issue. Games use a lot of the resources of a tablet causing them to heat up. Check all the little vents for dust,etc., and clean them to give good air circulation and when using try to use on a hard service such as a table/desk(not a pillow or on carpet). Have you given any thought to playing games on a tablet cooler/cooling pad, these can be beneficial sometimes and you can find them on line or electronics shop/big box stores. Good luck.
