@omegawolf23 , Omega, This is not a job for a newby, port is soldered to mother board. Looks like changing a HDMI port takes a lot of skill, knowledge and technique. You may want to have a computer repair shop have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Links 1,2 below HP G71 teardown to enable access to port.
