  • Slide the new element housing back in place, reinstall the two screws holding it on and reconnect the terminals.

  • Installation of the remaining components is reverse of removal. This is pretty straight forward.

  • Re-install the cover, reconnect the vent hose, reconnect the plug and test.

  • That's it! You DID IT! Test the dryer, open the door and hold the contact for the door, make sure the element is heating up (you will see an orange glow).

Insérez la nouvelle résistance dans son emplacement, revissez les deux vis qui la fixent et reconnectez les bornes.

Le montage des composants restants est l'inverse du démontage et s'effectue plutôt facilement.

Remontez le cache, remettez le tuyau d'évacuation de l'air, rebranchez la prise et faites un test.

C'est bon ! Vous y êtes ARRIVÉ ! Pour tester le sèche-linge, ouvrez la porte, appuyez sur le contact de fermeture de la porte et vérifiez si la résistance chauffe (en tel cas, elle produit une lueur orange).
