Soften the trackpad cable adhesive

  • Moderately strong adhesive secures the neck of the cable to the trackpad.

  • Heat an iOpener and apply it to the trackpad cable for 30 seconds to soften its adhesive.

  • You can also use a hair dryer or heat gun, but be careful not to melt any of the plastic components on the trackpad.

Kleber am Trackpadkabel aufweichen

Das Ende des Trackpadkabels ist ziemlich fest mit dem Trackpad verklebt.

Lege einen erwärmten iOpener zum Aufweichen des Klebers dreißig Sekunden lang auf das Trackpadkabel.

Du kannst auch einen Fön oder ein Heißluftgebläse benutzen. Sei aber vorsichtig und achte darauf, dass kein Kunststoffteil am Trackpad schmilzt.
