Loosen the display adhesive

  • During the display removal procedure, make sure all cables are placed underneath the phone and don't stick out to prevent damaging them.

  • Apply a heated iOpener to the screen to loosen the adhesive underneath. Apply the iOpener for at least 5 minutes.

  • The display adhesive of the Nothing Phone (1) is strong, and it's likely you need to reheat and reapply the iOpener several times before starting the display removal and during the removal procedure.

  • A hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate may also be used, but be careful not to overheat the device.

Displaykleber lösen

Achte beim Ausbau des Displays darauf, dass alle Kabel unter dem Display sind und nicht herausschauen, sie könnten sonst beschädigt werden.

Lege einen erwärmten iOpener mindestens fünf Minuten lang auf das Display, um den Displaykleber aufzuweichen.

Der Displaykleber am Nothing Phone (1) ist stark. Wahrscheinlich musst du den iOpener mehrfach erwärmen und wieder auflegen - auch während der Prozedur, bevor du das Display ausbauen kannst.

Du kannst auch einen Haartrockner, ein Heißluftgebläse oder eine Heizplatte verwenden. Sei aber vorsichtig und überhitze das Smartphone nicht.
