  • Apply some Paste Flux to the bonding pads. Align the logic board with the signal board. Keep heating with the Heating Platform at 170 °C. Add heat around the motherboard with Hot Air Gun at 330 °C.

Appliquez un peu de pâte de flux sur les pastilles de collage. Alignez la carte mère avec la carte de signal. Continuez à chauffer avec la plaque chauffante à 170 °C. Chauffer le pourtour de la carte mère avec le pistolet à air chaud à 330 °C.
