  • After the motherboard has cooled, detach the motherboard. Reattach foam and heat dissipation tapes to the motherboard.

  • Install the motherboard for testing. The phone turns on normally.

Une fois la carte mère refroidie, détachez-la. Fixez à nouveau les rubans de mousse et de dissipation thermique sur la carte mère.

Installez la carte mère pour la tester. Le téléphone s'allume normalement.

En résumé, cette séparation a permis de constater que l'iPhone 13 Pro possède toujours une carte mère à double couche. L'apparence de la carte mère a quelque peu changé, mais la distribution des puces principales n'a guère évolué.
