  • For better heat dissipation, both sides of the motherboard are covered with thick heat dissipation tape.

  • Then we remove foam on the motherboard. Remove tape on the motherboard with Hot Air Gun at 100 °C. It can be seen that NAND is under the A15 tape.

Pour une meilleure dissipation de la chaleur, les deux côtés de la carte mère sont recouverts d'une épaisse bande de dissipation thermique.

Ensuite, nous enlevons la mousse sur la carte mère. Enlevez la bande adhésive sur la carte mère avec un pistolet à air chaud à 100°C. On peut voir que la NAND se trouve sous la bande A15.
