  • Turning to the battery, we're pleasantly surprised to find some relatively repair-friendly features.

  • The only thing standing in our way is the Taptic Engine—with that out, a few extra-wide (and more durable!) stretch-release adhesive strips are all that secure the battery.

  • This relatively simple process reminds us more of the iPhone 6 than any more recent phones.

  • Adhesive strips stretched away, the battery lifts free from its iPhone.

Passando alla batteria, siamo piacevolmente sorpresi dal trovare alcune caratteristiche relativamente amiche del riparatore.

L'unica cosa che resta tra i piedi è il Taptic Engine; rimosso questo, restano poche strisce adesive estensibili extra larghe (quindi più resistenti) a fissare la batteria.

Questa procedura relativamente semplice ci riporta più all'iPhone 6 che a qualsiasi altro telefono più recente.

Allungate e quindi rimosse le strisce adesive, la batteria è libera di staccarsi dall'iPhone.
