Remove the output sprocket

Bend down the tab washer securing the large sprocket nut.

Undo the nut with a deep 38mm socket and a power bar.

The nut is left hand thread and may be very tight. Use an old chain to secure the gearbox sprocket in a vice.

Remove the sprocket from the output shaft.
