Remove the three 2.9mm PH0 screws connecting the speakers to the screen lid.

Remove the two 2.9mm PH0 screws that hold the lid to the screen. This will allow you to extract the speaker wire from behind the hinge.

Locate the speaker wire and its receptacle on the system board. Push it directly out using your fingers.

Tape will be holding several wires in place, this tape will need to be removed in order to take the speakers completely out.
