2) U11 error. The U11 error might appear on you camera’s view finder, and will either not record or record unseeable footage. That issue generally indicates a problem with the tape mechanism or with the tape itself, or there could be several issues with the tape mechanism, the most common being dirty drum heads or humidity. Check if your your cassette is in a good shape and works with other devices, if yes then:

( Solution 2 ) " humidity interference " First take a silica bead packet or more and gently place it inside of the video tape compartment and close it inside

Leave it in a dry area of the house where there is little to no humidity and wait a couple of days, after that proceed to "solution 1"

Caution! If none of the above work, there is a deeper issue with the camcorder, in that case you will need to take it to a trained professional for part replacements or for tape loader calibration which needs extreme precision.
