Use a small screwdriver to pry off the outer door spring and peel the boot edge away.

Beware of sharp metal edges on the bulkhead when releasing the door boot.

Remove two screws securing the plastic facade on the door lock side.

Unscrew the two screws underneath the facade to free the door lock from the bulkhead.
