Go back to the main menu and choose "Build and Install OpenCore."

Once completed, you can then reboot your Mac.

WARNING HERE! Make sure you are 100% positive that you have reverted Root Patching before rebooting. The Mac WILL NOT BOOT if patches have not been reverted, and therefore you will have to fix the issue in Safe Mode. But may I warn you now, you may not be able to install OpenCore while booted in Safe Mode, you would need another Mac.
