Unfold your phone and flip it so the inner screen is facing upward.

Use a hair dryer, or a heat gun, to heat the section of inner screen behind the base battery until the its barely too hot to touch.

Don't heat the screen longer than 30 seconds, as it's susceptible to heat damage.
