With both hands, firmly grasp and gently lift the power supply from both sides.

Be careful when lifting the power supply, as two long metallic prongs run through it, locking it in place. This will cause resistance while lifting. Lift the power supply vertically until it is completely clear of these prongs to avoid damaging them or the power supply.
