The cable marked in red is locked into place by two dark pull tabs; pull each away from the cream connection port towards the edge of the tablet. Gently remove the cable once the tabs are in the open position.

This cable must be reattached by inserting its end into the port with a moderate amount of force (to ensure proper connection) and then sliding both dark locking tabs back into place against the cream port.

The cables marked in orange are known as zero-insert force cables. To remove the connection, flip up the dark tab and gently pull the ribbon away.

ZIF ribbon cables must be reattached by sliding the cable into place (without force, as implied by the name) and flipping the dark locking tab back into place. Please see this guide if you're having issues reattaching the ZIF cables.
