To rmove teh video board, pull it stright back. tehre might be some glue/sealant type that you need to remove first. This is different from computer to computer. So, check for that before just pulling on it. Should this be on your computer, carefully use a sharp blade to cut that sealant.

One point to be aware of is that under teh video board, is teh weakest point of your CRT. That is the glass niipple that was essnetial for creating this vacuum tube. It is a real weak spot. Should you damage it, air will enter your CRT and it will be permanently damaged. So, be mindful of it when you work on your computer.
