Flip the frame over so the screen is facing up.

Heat an iOpener and apply it to the left edge of the screen for two minutes.

Alternatively, you can use a hair dryer on the Low heat setting.

If you're using a hair dryer, only heat the screen a few seconds at a time or you may warp the plastic shell.
