Bend the LCD screen slightly towards you

Gently pry up the LCD screen from the Macbook, while guiding the hinges out of their divots

During reassembly make sure to place the hinges into the divots. Once in the divots, you can then screw 1 screw back into each hinge and then shut the Macbook. This will allow you to properly arrange and align the LCD hinges
