Take a technician's knife and start prying away the LCD of the touchbar.

Use adhesive remover from time to time to help loosen the adhesive

Don't let any of the adhesive remover touch the keyboard keys or any plastic for that matter. It will melt and eat away at any plastic it comes in-contact with
