Lift the bottom panel up and off.

Once the bottom plate is removed, you have clear access to the fuse shown.
Optional: To test the fuse, use a multimeter in the continuity setting. Place the probes on each end of the fuse (polarity does not matter), if the fuse is good, the multimeter should beep.

Use an opening tool to carefully remove the fuse.
Avoid using metal tools near the motherboard. Any accident could break more complex components.
You may visually inspect the fuse and compare it to a replacement 0.5A fuse.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
