Background
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF2 is a 12-megapixel camera was announced in 2010 and was released in the US and Europe at the beginning of 2011. It was released earlier in Japan in 2010.
The GF2 is an upgraded version of the GF1. Panasonic made this device for photographers looking for a small, compact camera. The GF2 is equipped with full HD movie recording capacity and is supported by a stereo microphone on the top plate. It also comes with 3D interchangeable lenses so the user can take 3D photos. Panasonic designed the camera with a sleek body and intended it to be useful for photographers at all levels.
Because the GF2 was released in 2010, it has since been replaced by several updated models, such as the GF6. However, the camera is still used today because of its simple design and reliable function.
