Background
The Canon Vixia HF R600 was released in January 2015. This camcorder is the entry-level model of the Vixia HF series. It followed the R500 series with not much difference between the models.
This device features a 3" touch screen and can record 1920x1080/60p video. It supports SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards with a max capacity of 64 GB and records in MP4 and AVCHD video formats. With this device being the entry-level model, battery life is only 2.17 hours.
Identification
You can identify your Canon Vixia HF R600 camcorder by the model number printed on the outside of the LCD screen.
